Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking link allows you to follow your delivery and see the most recent updates from the carrier.
If your tracking shows no recent movement, please note that updates can sometimes be delayed while the package is in transit, especially during busy periods or when crossing borders. This does not necessarily mean that the shipment is lost.
