Refund policy

The following text explains how order cancellations and refunds work for purchases made through our store.

You may cancel an order within 30 days without providing any reason. The 30-day period begins on the day you received the product or when a person you authorized, who is not the carrier, received the delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds are issued within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged.

Please ensure the following requirements are met for a product to be accepted for return:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
• The item is still in its original packaging.

The following types of items cannot be returned:

• Items made specifically to your instructions or personalized.
• Items that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as products that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date.
• Items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Items that, after delivery, become inseparable from other goods due to their nature.

We may refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending returned items back to us. Returns should be sent to:

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. Using a tracked and insured shipping method is recommended. Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned item or valid proof of delivery.

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a credit equal to the return value will be issued after the returned product is received. This credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.
