We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A notification email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and order value. Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days using carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or PostNord. Shipping costs are calculated based on total order amount. Free shipping is available in Sweden on orders over 295 SEK, within the EU on orders over 69 EUR, and in the US and worldwide on orders over 99 USD. For orders below those amounts, a standard shipping fee applies: Sweden 45 SEK, EU for orders 0–68 EUR, and worldwide including the US for orders 0–99 USD.

International delivery is currently available to the EU and North America. If shipping options are not visible at checkout, please contact us so we can arrange a manual order and provide the shipping fee. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We work with reliable shipping partners such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and PostNord to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or holiday periods. If your order experiences an unexpected delay, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
