How do I withdraw from my purchase?
To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please use the form on this page and include your order number, email address and the product or products concerned. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.
How long is the EU withdrawal period?
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days from the day they receive the goods to withdraw from an eligible online purchase.
Is withdrawal the same as a return?
Not exactly. Withdrawal is your legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within the withdrawal period. A return is the practical process of sending the product back to us.
Do I need to give a reason for withdrawal?
No. If your purchase is covered by the EU right of withdrawal, you do not need to give a reason.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer normally pays the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process the refund after we have received and checked the returned product, or after you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.
What if the product is damaged or faulty?
If the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. This will be handled as a complaint or warranty matter, not as a standard withdrawal.
Can I use the product before returning it?
You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary, a deduction for reduced value may apply.
